My sister and I regularly meet every weekend for coffee just to chat and unwind. Although there is a six-year gap between us it has proved to be more of an advantage rather than a reason for us to drift apart. Since I am much older I have more patience and I can teach her all the things I learned through experience. Like now that she and her husband is looking for a good place to buy in Sherman and they have no idea where or how to start. I told her that she can just go online to find a suitable Sherman TX homes for sale. I added that once she finds something she likes she can always look for comments from clients to see the performance of the agent. I also offered to help her look for one as soon as I finish my work project. Hopefully by the time we meet again for drinks I will already have some exciting news. |
