When I bought my first home I didn’t realize that there was so much more renovation needed, I felt like I was cheated off my purchase. One of the biggest problems was the fence that we had. It was certainly inadequate and less than the standard I would have hoped for in a modern back yard. I immediately made my sentiments known to the broker of the home but he said that they had nothing to do with the back yard problem.
I ended up having to remodel the yard myself and if it wasn’t for my knowledge and savvy it would have turned out to be a disaster. I have to say that it was an absolute treat to have someone come in and fix the problem for me. I don’t know when the last time was that I didn’t have to worry about things going my way.
