If you choose to call, the response will come in the same way unless another alternative is needed. They are all effective communication methods that can be used all the time. These communication avenues are opened by companies to enable users to reach them. The companies also get to be close to the users when they have been contacted through the various communication methods. Communication is good and it tells a lot about something or someone.
